Daniel Boone is an American action-adventure television series starring Fess Parker as frontier hero Daniel Boone. With a new country on the horizon, settlers are embarking into the American wilderness. Along with his family, Boone helps build the settlement of Boonesborough on the land that will soon be known as Kentucky. Though based on the real-life Daniel Boone, the show wasn’t known for its historical accuracies, but stuck to the exciting and positive aspects of the early American frontier. From hunting a killer bear to tracking down ruthless thieves, Boone tackles each challenge with true pioneer spirit.
