Please read these Official Rules of the FETV® Trivia Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to accept the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (defined below), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM”). DATES: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at approximately 7:15 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 8, 2024 and ends at 12:00 AM ET on April 13, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to: (1) legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia; and (2) who are age 18 or older and have researched the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the Sweepstakes start date. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of the Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, franchisees, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. HOW TO ENTER: At approximately 7:15 AM ET each morning during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will display one trivia question during the third commercial break for the television program Highway Patrol. Sponsor will display the same trivia question for a second time at approximately 7:45 AM ET during the third commercial break of the ensuing telecast of Highway Patrol. Entrants will have the opportunity to submit answers to each trivia question as follows:a

Entrants who answer the nightly trivia question correctly will be entered in a random drawing for a chance to win a prize, as described further below. Each entry method above will constitute one (1) entry, with the opportunity for Entrants to submit a total of three (3) separate entries per nightly trivia question.

PRIZE: Twenty (20) winners per day, for a total of one hundred (100) total winners over the 5-day Sweepstakes Period, will each receive a prize package consisting of: one (1) Sponsor-branded Yeti® cup; one (1) Sponsor-branded pair of sunglasses, one (1) Sponsor-branded blanket; and one (1) Sponsor-branded tote bag. Individual prize ARV: $49.48. Total Daily Prize ARV: $989.60. Total Sweepstakes Period ARV: $4,948. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible correct entries received. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

At the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will select, via a random drawing, winners from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period which answered the trivia question correctly. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, and/or direct message (if entering through social media) by April 16, 2024. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to selected winners. Winners may be required to sign and complete a General Release of Liability and Publicity Release and return it within two (2) days of the date of the selected winners’ receipt of prize award notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of notification, is ineligible, fails to claim to return any required documentation within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible correct entries. If selected winner has moved to a different address, it is the sole responsibility of the selected winner to notify the Sponsor or designated agent of the selected winner’s new address. Sponsor is not responsible for any undeliverable prize deliveries due to change of address. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, web site errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes.
